On December 27, 2024, the 2024-2025 GZTECH New Year's Eve Party came to a successful conclusion. Looking back at 2024, we overcame numerous difficulties and achieved resilient growth. Looking forward to 2025, we will continue to work hard towards higher goals.

Speech by the leader

The New Year's Eve party kicked off with wonderful speeches by Chairman Huang Zhihua, Vice President of R&D Li Chao, and Vice President of Marketing Zhu Xing. In his speech, Mr. Huang reviewed the six-year development history of GZTECH, expressed his gratitude to all employees for their hard work, and placed high hopes on future development. He emphasized the continuous improvement in the three key areas of "product, operation, and action", and proposed specific goals for 2025: existing products should be refined, incremental products should pursue the ultimate, strategic new products should temper the team, and at the same time build the comprehensive capabilities of complex systems. Mr. Huang advocates the concept of "lean operation", requiring employees to have a global awareness, financial awareness, and business awareness, and to think carefully before taking action, so as to promote the company's steady development with a prudent and optimistic attitude.
