AI Empowerment Drives Efficiency Leap | GZTECH Themed Event on “Enhancing Human-Resource Efficiency and Embracing AI” Comes to a Successful Conclusion

In the tide of digital transformation, AI technology is reshaping the workplace ecosystem at an unprecedented pace. To help employees master cutting-edge tools and enhance office efficiency, GZTECH successfully held a training event titled “Practical Application of DeepSeek + AI-Powered Intelligent Office Tools in the Workplace” on March 15th. Nearly 70 employees unlocked new AI-driven office skills through six hours of immersive learning, taking a significant step forward in the company’s employees’ embrace of AI !

This training focused on “practical application + interaction”. We specially invited Mr. Li Zhenxi, who has been deeply engaged in the field of office software for 13 years, to give the lecture. Combining tools such as DeepSeek and WPS AI, he created an in-depth and interesting journey of exploring intelligent office applications for the employees.

Unveiling AI Trends, Subverting Traditional Perceptions

The course started by delving into the global AI craze sparked by ChatGPT and conducted an in-depth analysis of the groundbreaking features of “a domestic dark horse” DeepSeek in 2025. Mr.Li emphasized through case comparisons that “AI is not a cold tool, but a catalyst for stimulating creativity”. The trainees experienced firsthand the local deployment and online model operation of DeepSeek on site and tried out its efficient functions such as “one-click generation of industry reports” and “automatic correction of document logic”.

Universal Questioning Formula, Unlock Precise Interaction

In response to the common pain point of “unstable AI output quality”, Mr.Li introduced a four-dimensional questioning model: “Role Anchoring - Situation Construction - Demand Layering - Boundary Definition.” During the on-site practical session, trainees practiced upgrading vague requests, such as “Please help me write a paper on the optimization research of biomedical imaging based on polarization-adjustable green laser” into more refined prompts like: “You are now a senior researcher in the field of biomedical imaging and an expert in optical technology. You possess professional knowledge of biomedical imaging techniques... Please help me write a paper on the optimization research of biomedical imaging based on polarization-adjustable green laser.” This approach significantly improved the quality of document information output.

Practical Drills, Boosting Office Efficiency

Mr.Li adopted a teaching approach of “situation reconstruction + tool dissection,” focusing on six high-frequency workplace situations: intelligent meeting minutes generation, real-time multilingual translation, professional information searching, document expansion and polishing, PPT creation, and data visualization presentation. He guided trainees through hands-on exercises using various AI tools to directly address efficiency challenges.
