Five Core Advantages of the S2 Series

Small Size — More Flexible Integration

The 500W laser with the new air-cooling structure measures just 371.5*295*122mm in length, width, and height. The 300W laser with the new structure has its volume reduced by 60%, with dimensions of 291*265*98mm in length, width, and height respectively. Both lasers have achieved advanced levels of small-size domestically and internationally.

The highly-integrated design adopts an advanced copper busbar heat dissipation structure, ensuring stable performance of the laser. The small-sized structure significantly saves installation space, allowing for easy integration into mobile cleaning equipment or automated production lines, and adapting to a variety of industrial scenarios.

Lightweight — Effortless Handling

The 500W laser weighs only 12kg, and the 300W laser weighs 7.2kg. Both support single-person handling and rapid installation, significantly reducing transportation costs.

Low Noise — More Comfortable Operation

When operating at full power, the wind noise level is below 80dB for the 500W laser and less than or equal to 70dB for the 300W laser. Through simulated design of the air duct and intelligent temperature-controlled fans, we can ensure that the laser operates with efficient heat dissipation while effectively reducing noise, thereby creating a more pleasant working environment.

Small Divergence Angle — Diverse Options for Cleaning Solutions

The whole 500W series lasers adopt QBH output. The excellent beam quality enables our lasers to have a smaller output divergence angle, providing more options for collimation of the cleaning head and size of motorized mirror lenses.

Strong Adaptability — Superior Stability with High Reliability

The laser operates reliably in environments ranging from 0–40℃, maintaining stable performance across multiple complicated industrial scenarios. The laser is available in single-mode and multi-mode configurations with 5mJ, 15mJ, and 50mJ, enabling optimized selection for paint removal, rust removal, and oil removal.
