Celebrating Teachers' Day | The first internal trainer activity of GZTECH came to a successful end

On the occasion of Teacher's Day, in order to express our deep respect and gratitude to the company's internal trainers, on the morning of September 10, GZTECH successfully held an internal trainer activity with the theme of "Stars with the moon and you". More than 20 internal trainer teams composed of the company's management and backbone gathered together to witness the company's important step in talent training and knowledge inheritance.

At the beginning of the event, Li Chao, vice president of research and development, delivered a passionate speech, emphasizing the important role of excellent trainers in the development of the company, proposing the importance of standardization and transmission of training courses, as well as the strategy of new training, aimed at allowing new employees to quickly integrate and improve work efficiency, and advocating the establishment of a platform to promote mutual learning and exchange, in order to achieve the precise goal of training.

Mr. Li also put forward valuable suggestions for internal trainers, encouraging them to pursue the high quality of training courses, advocating the principle of "less and better", and stressing that training should pay attention to practical results, encouraging even inexperienced trainers to have the courage to try and grow together through mutual learning.

Li Shan, Secretary of the Board of Directors, shared her rich experience and unique insights in the field of training from four dimensions: curriculum attraction, content organization, training activity development and application of knowledge. She believes that training must closely focus on the target students and teaching objectives, and make targeted adjustments to teaching methods, course difficulties and course effects, and put forward key issues such as how to guide students not to get lost, how to help students relate needs and how to let students clear the focus.

At the end of the activity, Mr. Li presented Teachers' Day gifts to the internal trainers present, thanking them for their efforts and efforts in the company's training work.
