Recently, our GZTECH attended at the International Electronics Circuit Exhibition(Shenzhen) and the Hangzhou Ultra-fast Precision Machining Symposium, showcasing our technological strength and product portfolio advantages in the fields of advanced laser sources and precision machining through a dual-track strategy of "application demonstration + technical discussion".

 

01 Shenzhen Electronics Circuit Exhibition: Showcasing a full range of Processing Laser Sources from Nanosecond to Picosecond to Femtosecond.

At the Shenzhen Electronics Circuit Exhibition, our GZTECH showcased six core laser products for typical applications such as precision cutting, micro-hole processing, thin film and brittle material processing,which  covering multiple wavelengths from infrared to green to ultraviolet—and the entire pulse duration spectrum from nanosecond to picosecond to femtosecond.

 

Solid-State Nanosecond UV/Green Laser Series:

Includes the ultra-compact S-5-355-Nano, high-power S-40-355-N1, and S-60-532-N1 lasers. Beam quality M² < 1.3, power instability RMS < 3%. These 3 items lasers demonstrate stable and reliable performance in mass production scenarios such as such as PCB/FPC and thin-film processing, providing a mature and cost-effective laser source solution for large-scale manufacturing.

 

Pulse Ultra-fast Series:

The ultraviolet picosecond laser S-30-355-P1 features beam quality M² < 1.2 and power instability RMS < 3%. It is suitable for high-precision applications such as micro/nano structure processing, precision cutting of brittle materials, medical device manufacturing, and scientific research experiments.

 

Fiber Femtosecond Laser YFPF-25-IR: Features ultra-short pulse width, high peak power and excellent beam quality. Supports"cold processing"mode, delivering significant advantages in high-quality micro-machining.

 

Quasi-Continuous Wave Fiber Series:

The YFQCW-600-QCW-SM4 has a maximum peak power of 6000W and a pulse width range of 0.005–50ms, which can meet the needs of various application such as welding of metal structural components and precision cutting.

 

02 Hangzhou Ultra-fast Precision Machining Symposium: Advancing High-End Manufacturing Processes with Femtosecond Technology

On December 6th -7th , GZTECH was invited to participate in the "Ultra-fast Precision Machining Symposium" held in Hangzhou, showcasing the application capabilities of our Femtosecond laser YFPF-25-IR in the field of high-end precision machining.

With its stable ultra-short pulse output, this laser excels in high-precision applications such as precision cutting of stainless steel foil, internal modification of glass, micro-machining of medical devices, and micro/ nanostructure of metal surfaces. Through on-site application demonstrations and technical exchanges, the process potential of femtosecond lasers in future high-end manufacturing was further validated, earning high recognition from experts, scholars, and equipment manufacturers.

 

03. Dual-Track Collaboration: Deepening the Strategic Layout of Advanced Laser Sources

The dual events in Shenzhen and Hangzhou showcased our GZTECH comprehensive strength in advanced laser source R&D, precision machining applications, and supply chain collaboration.

In future, GZTECH will continue to deepen the strategic layout of "advanced laser sources + application solutions," accelerating the upgrading and iteration of nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond laser sources.
