On May 15, 2023, GZTECH held its fifth anniversary celebration and new product release technical exchange meeting with the theme "Start a new tour after five-year entrepreneurship" at the company's headquarters in China Optics Valley. More than 200 representatives from industry regulatory departments, local governments, industry organizations and leading enterprises attended the meeting. At the fifth-anniversary event, a new product launch was held where several heavyweight products were unveiled one after another. Let's explore them together!
GZTECH’s solid UV lasers adopt optimized optical cavity design and structural design solutions to effectively control beam quality while increasing power. Through strict material selection and process control, the durability of the UV laser is ensured. Multiple pulse width models have been developed according to different application needs. The air-cooling model achieves stable 3W to 5W laser output.

GZTECH's 1000W high-power segment includes GM, GMC, and GMQ three products, which have high reliability, stability, and adjustability in multiple dimensions to meet the processing needs of various application scenarios. It has excellent monomode beam quality and can cut and weld high-reflective materials such as copper and aluminum without damage. The multimode uses universal QBH output with a flat-topped beam, which is suitable for cleaning applications such as films, paints, and oxide layers, greatly improving laser cleaning efficiency and quality.

Compared with imported lasers, we have basically achieved equivalent performance, lower cost, and more flexible electronic control;

Compared with Q-switched lasers, we use MOPA structure, flexible pulse width adjustment, wider frequency range, applied to different application scenarios.
GZTECH high-power fiber green laser adopts the optical fiber fundamental frequency amplification and cavity external frequency doubling technology route, which has technical advantages such as high average power and adjustable first pulse. The optimized single-mode amplification technology solution can achieve high-beam-quality green laser output. Through the MOPA optical scheme, it can achieve characteristics such as adjustable number of pulses and adjustable frequency.
Laser switching time is fast
The purpose of this new product release is to introduce the complete product layout to the customers. High-power MOPA pulse lasers will have many new applications in the fields of lithium batteries, cleaning, and welding in the future. The application of 1000W pulsed lasers is just beginning domestically, and GZTECH is currently at the leading level domestically in this field. Fiber green laser products include nanosecond short-pulse fiber green laser and nanosecond long-pulse fiber green laser. These products are mainly aimed at the application of PV industry.
