GZTECH made its appearance at the 17th LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA, hosted by Messe München (Shanghai) Ltd., with a grand opening on July 11, 2023, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.
In response to market demands and focusing on green technology and application scenarios, GZTECH showcased an exhibition area themed "Laser + Application". The exhibition provided a comprehensive display of new trends, technologies, and the latest solutions in laser intelligent manufacturing within sectors such as new energy, hard and brittle material processing, surface marking and cleaning. GZTECH's high-power MOPA fiber laser was applied in the welding process of the lithium battery industry, specifically in the form of spiral lines and overlapped welding. The high-power MOPA pulsed single-mode laser offers advantages such as superior beam quality, a wide range of pulse width selection, high single-pulse energy, the ability to switch between pulse and continuous mode arbitrarily, and resistance to high reflection. It is suitable for overlapped welding of various material combinations ranging from thin to thick, including copper, aluminum, nickel, and steel. Nanosecond green lasers have been widely used in industrial processing fields, such as scribing, slotting, SE doping, etc in the photovoltaic industry.
